What is a magnetic lock?

As long as a small current electromagnetic lock will generate a huge magnetic force, the access control system that controls the power supply of the electromagnetic lock will turn off the power after identifying the correct person, and the electromagnetic lock can open the door after losing its suction.

1. Visual inspection
a. Shell inspection Check that the appearance of the product surface should be delicate, evenly frosted, with a metallic luster, with no stains, no scratches, no deformation; check whether the product nameplate is in good condition; check the manufacturer's nameplate and factory name on the product nameplate, product model name, Whether the manufacturing date and factory number meet the contract requirements
2. Test inspection
a. Tensile test
The key to the electromagnetic lock is to see its tensile strength. Only after it is installed, pull it suddenly and forcefully with your hand. It is normal if it cannot be pulled open. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the installation of the electromagnetic lock. Too tight, otherwise it will affect the tensile strength.
b. The standby current of the on-off test is about 300mA, and the operating current should be lower than 900mA. After being powered on for a long time, the surface will be slightly hot, but it will not be hot. The strength of the electromagnetic lock should be sufficient. After pressing down, the lock head can automatically bounce and be strong. It is best to perform 3000 on-off tests. If it is found that the lock head is weak, does not bounce in place, or does not bounce up, it will be regarded as unqualified.
3. Structural inspection
The electromagnetic lock is divided into inner left, inner right, outer left, and outer right, and the installation methods are different. When purchasing, pay attention to the door-opening method.
The inferior magnetic lock can be judged from the circuit board. The inferior magnetic lock circuit board has rough printing and an extremely simple layout. It does not use varistors (that is, surge devices, usually two), and has only one set of voltage inputs.
5. Resistance measurement
First unplug the 12V and 24V switching jumpers of the magnetic lock (note: no need to power on), there are generally 4 binding posts (at the jumper), measure the red and black lines, and the resistance is about 50 ohms. good.
6. Measure the current value after power-on
Measure the current value after the magnetic lock is connected to 12V voltage, it is better to be consistent with the marked value. 280KG (600 lbs) magnetic lock is generally better at 400-450 mA, if it is less than 450 mA, it is not enough to pull; if the voltage is 24V, the marked or actual value should be 200 mA.
7. Insulation value
The insulation value of the lock body of a standard qualified magnetic lock should be infinite, and the specific value should be more than 50 megohms; the specific test position is the cut steel sheet and the lock body output line (anyone). 5. The verticality of the cut steel sheet In principle, the cut steel sheet should be touched or stained with hands as much as possible. The perpendicularity and parallelism of the qualified magnetic lock-cut steel sheet should be as standard as possible. The quality of the electroplating of the cut steel sheet depends on whether there are oxidation marks on the cut steel sheet.
8. Glue inspection
The colloid of the magnetic lock should not have bubbles, it should be flat and neat, without cracks, and the angle should be square. 7. The main focus on the distance of the cut steel sheet is that the thickness of the cut steel sheet should be 0.35mm, which is the best. At present, most of the steel cut sheets on the market use 0.5mm cut steel sheets; the tighter the arrangement of the cut steel sheets on the lock body, the better. Pay attention to observe that there is no glue leakage in the arrangement of the cut steel sheets.
9. High and low pressure
Under low pressure, the lock can still work, but the pulling force is reduced; under high pressure, the lock body will become hot, and you should pay attention to the temperature rise.
10. Acidity test
Use weak acid to coat the lock body cutting steel sheet, the good lock body will oxidize after 45 minutes, and the poor lock body will oxidize after 15 minutes. In addition, the lock body can be soaked in water, and the one that turns black within 24 hours is an inferior product. 13. Smoothness Drop small water droplets on the steel section of the lock body to observe whether the flow is smooth and whether it is muddy and watery. The smoother one has better smoothness. 14. Lock body electroplating Pay attention to the electroplating quality of the corners of the lock body. Wrinkles and darkening are not enough for the lock body electroplating.
11. Output line
The two-core one is an electric lock without signal output, and the five-core one is with door position detection output.
