1. Basic principle of ladder control

System management: set system administrator and operator permissions.

The Access controller records each operation (including card number, card swiping time, registration floor, and other information)
The record can be read out on the computer of the management center through the collector or networked and can be retrieved and inquired by time, elevator number, specific cardholder, etc., and various comprehensive management reports can be automatically generated.

Support fire linkage and BA linkage;

d. System Features
The system IC card control equipment is installed in the car or on the top of the car, and the linkage signal acquisition equipment is installed in the stairwell or in the building shaft;
There are two management modes of offline and networking, with RS485 interface, which can upload and download data through the network or data collector and elevator management computer; in view of the convenience of system construction and maintenance, this project is an offline mode.
Time limit: flexibly set the time period for swiping the card (that is, the IC card control period) and the time period for not swiping the card (that is, the open use period), which can be personalized for the building, elevator number, and a certain elevator floor. Direct access by swiping the card: direct registration by swiping the card, no need to press buttons, showing intelligence, users with only one-floor authority in the card can realize the direct access function by swiping the card.
2. Installation Method
The IC card elevator controller is safely installed on the top of the car, and the IC card elevator card reader is installed at a proper position on the COP panel of the operation box in the car. In order to facilitate the user to swipe the card and enter the password, the card reader is generally installed from the inner bottom of the car to the operation panel. Between 1.2~1.4M. If the elevators are not connected in parallel, that is, each elevator runs independently, no group controller is needed; if several elevators (generally no more than 4) are connected in parallel, the group controller needs to intelligently select the nearest elevator to implement the intelligent elevator control system Instructions received; the floor signal collector is directly connected to the elevator controller. 3. Use the mode of elevator control system
a. For the owner: the resident calls the elevator after swiping the card on the embedded access control, swipes the card after entering the elevator, the corresponding floor button lights up, and directly arrives at the floor where the user lives. If the resident forgets to bring the card, he can also enter the designated floor by entering the designated floor number and password on the card reader keyboard.
b. Property management in the community: You can configure a card that can go to all (or some) floors. After entering the elevator, swipe the card, and then press the key of a certain floor.
c. For visitors: no need to swipe the card and password to take the elevator. The visitor connects to the resident extension through the building intercom. After the resident confirms the identity of the visitor, he presses the unlock button through the intercom extension to open the door of the unit, the hall door is unlocked, and the elevator will automatically When going down to the 1st floor, the visitor enters the hall, directly enters the elevator and presses the Exit button of the floor where the resident lives, then registers and starts the elevator to go directly to the floor where the resident lives, while for other unauthorized floors, the visitor cannot press the button to register.
4. Household mutual visits:
a) If the building intercom system itself can realize mutual visits between extensions, it can be realized by using the intercommunication of the building intercom system.
The method of use is: owner A can call Owner B at home. After the two parties talk, owner B presses the unlock button to unlock the elevator authority on the floor. Owner A presses the elevator outside call button to call the elevator. After entering the elevator, press owner B You can reach the B owner's floor by pressing the button on the floor.

c) Use the reception card to open the access authority of the designated floor to achieve.
5. Underground parking lot: For non-residents, set it so that it can only reach the ground floor, and cannot enter the residential floor and underground parking lot;
6. Sightseeing on the top floor: For non-residents, it can be set so that they can only reach the sightseeing floor and cannot enter the residential floor;
7. Special circumstances: Since the IC card system can realize the linkage with the fire signal after the fire signal is connected, the IC card elevator control system will automatically disconnect from the elevator to ensure the normal use of the elevator in emergency situations.
