How It Works

The gateway connects to your 2.4GHz Wi - Fi and links to nearby TTLock Bluetooth locks.

It sends your app commands to the locks and relays lock data back to the cloud.

You can then manage multiple locks from one app interface

Step-by-step guide to setting up the G2 TTlock Gateway and connecting it to TTlock devices, with key notes for smooth operation

Step 1: Add & Configure the G2 Gateway

1. Open the TTLock app, tap the3-line menu(top-left), then selectGateway.
2. Tap+→ chooseG2.
3. Plug the Gateway into power (USB-C). The indicator will flashred and blue alternately(pairing mode).
4. Tap+next to the discovered Gateway in the app.
5. Select your2.4GHz Wi-Fi→ enter the password → name the Gateway (e.g., “Office Gateway”) → tapOK.
6. Wait 1–3 minutes: the light turnssolid greenwhen connected to Wi-Fi; the app confirms setup.

Step 2: Connect Gateway to TTlock Devices

1. After setup, the Gateway automatically scans for nearby TTlock devices (within Bluetooth range).
2. In the app, go toGateway→ select your Gateway → checkConnected Locks(locks appear here when paired).
3. If a lock is missing: move the Gateway closer (3–7m), ensure the lock is on, and refresh the list; re-add the lock to the app via Bluetooth first if needed.
4. Once connected, enableRemote Unlock(default off) in the lock’s settings for remote control.

Step 3: Verify & Use Remote Features

1. Test remote control: exit Bluetooth range, use the app to lock/unlock—you’ll get push notifications and activity logs.
2. Manage locks remotely: add/delete passcodes, check battery, and view access history via the app.

• Gateway not found: Reboot the Gateway; ensure phone is on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; keep Gateway close to the router.
