The construction of the access control system should be standardized. Before installation, we must first understand the structure network and function of the entire access control system, design the network layout, and adopt the RS485 networking mode or the TCP/IP network mode; the second reasonable option is single door, double door Doors, four-door controllers, etc., so that wiring can be carried out before installing access control equipment.
Each access control unit usually includes the following equipment: access controller, card reader, exit button, and electric lock, electric lock power supply, etc.
Other equipment can choose to use: door sensor, infrared sensor, fire linkage, sound and light alarm, etc.
Construction wiring of the access control system
1. Card reader line: the line between the card reader and the controller port
It is recommended to use 8-core shielded multi-strand twisted-pair network cable (two cores are spare, if the card reader is not required for sound and light feedback, the LED line and the buzzer line can not be connected to the legal card), the data line Data1 / Data0 is twisted pair each other, the wire diameter It is recommended to be more than 0.5 square millimeters, and the longest can not exceed 100 meters, and the shielded wire should be connected to the GND of the controller.
2. Exit button line: the line between the exit button and the controller port
It is recommended to use a two-core wire with a wire diameter of 1.0 square millimeter or more.
3. Electric lock wire: the wire between the electric lock and the controller port
It is recommended to use a two-core power cord with a wire diameter of 1.0 square millimeter or more. If it exceeds 50 meters, use a thicker wire, or multiple strands in parallel; or use the fine-tuning button of the power supply to increase the output voltage to about 14V. The maximum length should not exceed 100 meters.
The following equipment is selected, and wiring is only required when used in some special situations.
4. Magnetic wire: the wire between the magnetic door and the controller port
It is recommended to choose a two-core wire with a wire diameter of 0.5 square millimeters or more. If you do not need to know the door switch status online or do not need the door to be closed for a long time and the alarm and illegal intrusion alarm functions are not required, the door magnetic wire can not be connected.
5. Infrared detector line: the line between the door sensor and the controller port
It is recommended to choose a two-core wire with a wire diameter of 0.5 square millimeters or more. If infrared arming is not required, it is used to detect the alarm function of illegal users breaking into it. The infrared detector wire can not be connected.
6. Sound and light alarm line: the line between the door sensor and the controller port
It is recommended to choose a two-core wire with a wire diameter of more than 0.5 square millimeters. If the on-site alarm is not required, it is not necessary to connect it.
7. Fire-fighting linkage line: the line between the fire-fighting equipment and the controller port
It is recommended to choose a two-core wire with a wire diameter of 0.5 square millimeters or more. If the fire linkage function is not required, it is not necessary to connect it.
