2. The electric door closer is composed of the main body of the electric door closer and a guide groove. The main body is installed in the guide groove of the door frame and installed on the door leaf (as shown in the figure). The electric door closer is mainly composed of a shell, a spring, a ratchet, an electromagnet, a rotating arm, and a guide rail. The structure is relatively complicated, and there are more than 60 parts. The rigidity of rods and paddles cannot be guaranteed, and they are easy to deform or jam or even fall apart.
3. Networked with the fire protection system, no electricity is used at ordinary times, and the fire door can be arbitrarily stopped, opened and closed within the range of 0-180 degrees. In the event of a fire, the controlled release (DC24V) energy storage mechanism generates torque, closes the door leaf by itself, and automatically restores (0.1S) non-energized state, giving a feedback signal. When it is released and has not been reset, it can also realize the function of non-positioning door closer, making the fire door a movable fire door. After the alarm is released, it needs to be manually reset, and the door can be kept open after the reset.

Third. Installation method of electric door closer
1. The common standard usage is to install the door closer on the hinge side, the side where the door opens. When so mounted, the arms of the closer project outwardly, at approximately 90° to the door frame.
2. The door closer is installed on the side opposite to the hinge side and on the side where the door is closed. Usually an extra bracket supplied with the door closer mounts to the arm parallel to the door frame. This usage is usually on exterior doors that open outwards where it is not desirable to install the door closer outside the building.
3. The body of the door closer is installed on the door frame instead of the door in turn, and the door closer is on the opposite side of the door hinge. This usage can also be used for exterior doors that open outwards, especially those doors that have a very narrow top edge and not wide enough to accommodate the body of the door closer.
4. The vertical door closer (built-in vertical door closer) is upright and invisible on the inside of one side of the door shaft. No screws and parts can be seen from the outside. It can be integrated with the door and can be opened and closed in one and two directions, and the construction is simple.
