The working principle of the cathode lock is similar to that of the anode lock (electric mortise lock). Compared with cathode locks, cathode locks and anode locks are used in a smaller range, and are usually used for the installation of ordinary wooden doors. The bolt of the wooden door is clamped by the notch of the cathode lock to achieve the function of locking the door. The cathodic lock is a supporting product of the access control system. It is generally installed on the door frame to lock the mechanical deadbolt; the cathodic lock can be widely used in office buildings, wooden doors, stainless steel doors, fire doors, community entrance and exit gates, and anode mechanical locks Or the ball lock is used together.

Installation method
Step 1 determine the position of the lock body

Step 3: After confirming that the wiring is correct, try to install the lock body on the door frame. Close the door and make sure the deadbolt is not putting too much pressure on the catch

Why is it so windy on site after installing the cathode lock that it cannot be opened?
(1) The cathodic lock is constructed in the way of mechanical interlocking operation. If the mechanical bolt of the door frame is close to the cathodic lock, the door must be slightly pushed to close the door so that there is a distance between the mechanical bolt and the cathodic lock tongue before it can work normally. open the door.
(2) Due to structural problems, this problem occurs in all factories today, and a gap between the door frame and the door should be reserved during installation.
(3) If the on-site environment is as above, it is better to recommend the customer to use "magnetic lock".
After the cathode lock is installed, check whether the power supply is normal, whether the controller wiring mode: NO, NC, and contacts are correct, and check whether the gap between the cathode lock tongue and the mechanical lock tongue is appropriate.
