In the design of access control points, access control equipment is mainly installed in some rooms with important functions. During the game, staff come and go frequently. In order to prevent outsiders from following the staff into the office area, an access control system is installed in the computer room, media broadcast room, various control rooms, and various functional offices inside these venues. Ensure that these offices, computer rooms, etc. are not invaded and destroyed by outsiders, and ensure the normal development of various events.
The access control points are generally distributed in: important strong and weak current rooms, communication room, Olympic Organizing Committee office, doping testing center, media office, competition office, staff office, athlete changing rooms, lounges and other rooms. The main control equipment of access control generally adopts two-door and four-door controllers. Each controller should have an independent central processing unit and memory to ensure the normal operation of the system when the communication with the access control system server is interrupted. Once the communication is restored, All controllers will automatically upload information. In addition, all front-end devices such as card readers and electronic locks are directly connected to the terminals of the controller without intermediate devices, which effectively reduces the failure rate of the system; all card readers use 13.56MHz Mifare card readers , According to the situation of the door on site, the electronic lock is divided into single magnetic lock, double magnetic lock, electric mortise lock, electric lock and so on.
The access control controller should have four-state input points, which can monitor the switch status of each door. Once a door is forcibly opened or the door is overtime, an alarm will appear on the server in the security control room, and a dynamic message will pop up. The electronic map shows the specific location of the alarm point. At the same time, it can be linked with the CCTV monitoring system to facilitate the security personnel to understand the situation at the scene in time.
In addition, since the alarm systems of all venues are relatively scattered, if a separate alarm system is used to manage all alarm points, the cost may increase. Therefore, all alarm detectors can be involved in the four-state alarm input of the access control system controller. It is managed by the access control system uniformly. In addition, through the card reader on the access control system, management functions such as attendance and online patrol can be realized at the same time.
In addition to the main venue, some Olympic venues also have other buildings such as spare venues, functional rooms, and management rooms, and the distance between buildings is relatively long. In terms of management, the access control systems in all buildings need to be managed by a single server. Therefore, for such venues, it is recommended that the access control adopts the network structure of TCP/IP. One or several computer workstations can be installed in each building according to the management needs to realize the management of the access control system in the building. And these workstations must be in the TCP/IP network where the main server is located and authorized by the main server, and the authority of each workstation is also assigned by the main server. The system should support the second-level management mode or the third-level management mode. If there is no TCP/IP network between buildings, RS485 can be used to connect. If the distance between buildings is relatively far, optical fiber can be used. Taking into account security issues, the network connecting these access control controllers needs to be an internal private network, either 485 or TCP/IP.
