The working principle of a magnetic lock

The design of the magnetic lock (or electromagnetic lock) is the same as that of the electromagnet. It uses the principle of electromagnetism. When the current passes through the silicon steel sheet, the electromagnetic lock will produce a strong suction force and tightly attract the iron plate to lock the door. . As long as a small current electromagnetic lock will produce a huge magnetic force, the access control system that controls the power of the electromagnetic lock will cut off the power after identifying the correct personnel, and the electromagnetic lock can open the door after it loses its suction.

The working principle of the magnetic lock

　　 We know that every magnet has two poles, a north pole (N pole) and a south pole (S pole). Magnets have the characteristics of repulsion of the same sex and attraction of opposite sex. Magnetic locks take advantage of this feature of magnets. The unlocking tools made of permanent magnets (magnetic beads) are also called "Electromagnetic locks".

1. Magnetic padlock

　　 1. There are two long strips inside the magnetic padlock, one is the movable plate and the other is the fixed plate. When the lock beam in the locked state of the padlock is pulled hard, the lock beam will squeeze the bump on the movable plate, so that the movable plate has a force to move to the fixed plate. If the movable plate can move to the fixed plate at this time, Distance, the lock can be opened. In the longitudinal plane of the two long strip plates, four holes are drilled in each plate. One end of the four magnetic beads is respectively fixed with a section of brass wire thinner than the magnetic beads, and the brass wires on the four magnetic beads are respectively inserted into the four holes on the fixing plate.

　　The four holes on the fixed plate are thinner than the magnetic beads and thicker than the brass wire, so the magnetic beads can sway in all directions on the fixed plate, but after being fixed in the lock, they cannot move longitudinally due to the restriction of the lock body. The end of the magnetic bead without the brass wire is facing the key slot outside the lock, and the end of the magnetic bead with the brass wire is facing the movable plate. Due to the interaction of the four magnetic beads in the lock, the brass wire at the tail of the magnetic bead and the four holes on the movable plate are not in a straight line (or not concentric), when there is tension acting on the locked lock beam At this time, the lock beam will squeeze the bumps on the movable plate. Although the movable plate receives the force to move to the fixed plate at this time, the brass wire is not aligned with the hole on the movable plate, which means that the yellow copper wire will withstand the movable plate, which can limit the movement of the movable plate to the fixed plate, so the lock cannot be opened.

    When the appropriate key is stuck in the key slot outside the lock, the magnetic beads in the lock will be attracted by the magnetic beads in the key outside the lock (must be the opposite magnetic poles corresponding to the inside and outside), making the four yellow inside the lock Driven by the magnetic beads, the copper wires are aligned with the holes on the movable plate respectively. When a pulling force acts on the locked lock beam, the convex block on the movable plate will be squeezed to overcome the force of the spring in the lock. , Move to the direction of the fixed plate, because at this time the four brass wires can enter the holes on the movable plate, the movable plate can move a certain distance in the direction of the fixed plate, and the lock can be opened. In order for the brass wire to smoothly enter the hole on the movable plate, the end of the brass wire is pointed. When the lock beam is aligned with the lock hole, the lock beam will be pulled into the lock hole by the pulling force of the innerspring of the lock, and at the same time, the movable plate will be returned to the original position by the force of the spring to lock.

The marble lock has a marble chamber, and the magnetic lock has a "magnetic bead chamber" (the magnetic bead chamber is what I call); the marble hole on the marble lock cylinder is a through-hole (the marble can be seen from the keyhole), and the magnetic lock cylinder The magnetic bead hole on the magnetic lock is a blind hole (the magnetic bead is not visible from the keyhole of the magnetic lock), and the depth of the blind hole on the magnetic lock core is shorter than the height of the magnetic bead. It is a part of the magnetic bead when the proper key is not inserted. It can enter the blind hole on the lock cylinder, and the other part is exposed outside the lock cylinder, which is in the hole of the lock cylinder. This is the tumbler state of the magnetic lock.

    The pin lock is a pin tumbler, the magnetic lock is a magnetic bead tumbler, the pin lock has upper and lower beads, and the magnetic lock also has upper and lower magnetic beads; the pin lock uses the elastic force of a spring to control the pin tumbler function to keep the lock in a static state, and the magnetic lock is The two magnetic beads in each magnetic bead chamber are opposite to each other with the same polarity, and the magnetic force is used to push the lower magnetic bead into the blind hole of the lock core by using the same sex to repel, so as to keep the lock in a static state.

The pin lock uses a suitable key to insert into the lock hole, and directly contacts the pin to overcome the elastic force of the spring to release all pin tumble action and unlock; the magnetic lock uses a suitable magnetic key, using the opposite sex between the magnetic beads in the key and the magnetic beads in the lock Repulsive force, non-contact push out all the magnetic beads in the blind hole of the lock core, release the bolting effect of each magnetic bead and unlock; the position of the bolt space in each "ten" lock head of the same model is fixed (such as Each row of beads differs by 90°), but the length of each lower marble bead is different, which is consistent with the height of the key teeth used. The spatial position of the magnetic bead tumbler in each magnetic lock head of the same model is different, but each The length of the magnetic beads is the same, and the polarity direction of the magnetic beads in each magnetic bead compartment is different, which corresponds to the position and polarity of the magnetic beads on the key to open the lock.

　　 Magnetic lock installation

　　The magnetic lock produced by the principle of electricity generation and magnetism has the better advantages of traditional key locks and is safer and more reliable. Then, how to install a magnetic lock correctly? The installation method of the magnetic lock will be described in detail below. Make preparations before installation. First use a screwdriver to open the cover of the magnetic lock, and then use a wrench to open the side plate. In this way, the preparation is completed and the installation starts. At this time, you need to mark the door with the installation box and use an electric drill to mark it. Hole, the next work is more complicated and very important. First, insert the hexagon socket screw into the iron plate, place the rubber washer between the two metal washers, and then put it on the hexagon socket screw.

Insert the iron plate into the three holes made in the door, and insert the mushroom head from the other side of the door. Use a hexagonal wrench to lock the iron plate on the door, and then fix the side plate with two round head screws. On the perforated door frame, you must pay attention at this time: do not lock the side plate, so that it can move back and forth to facilitate the correction of the position so that the iron plate and the side plate are fixed, and the next step is to fix the main body of the lock. After fixing the main body of the lock and the side plate to lock the half-round head screws of the side plate, lock all the countersunk head screws, and then remove the half-round head screws, and drill holes in the appropriate positions for wiring.
